Grand Champion was a Pied YH #825 "FF Dadication" bred and exhibited by Dani Falcone, her pedigree goes back to a black pied cock bred by Dani and a pale black pied hen of Brian Pogue's. An interesting story about the mother happened when Dani was visiting Brian's loft he was trying to get his numbers down and asked what Dani thought about the hen.........Dani replied "I'll give her a shot"......well the rest is now history and they both still laugh over it.
Silver YH # bred and exhibited by Ben Ferber
2nd Reserve Champion Black YH #839 was bred and exhibited by Dani Falcone, she was also Reserve Champion at "The Brian Pogue Classic" CCFC annual show 2007. Her pedigree goes back to check cock bird bred by Dani and the hen was an almond bred by Brian Pogue. The mothers pedigree goes back to a cross of Lance Cristensen's Almond to a Pogue Black. It is kind of interesting what happens when breeders work together.
